I moved quite a bit when I was younger. I graduated from Maryknoll High School in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2004, where I received honors for my senior thesis on the idea of free will in philosophy and awards for excellence in the Hawaiian language.

Before that, I attended the fantastic college preparatory school, The Overlake School in Redmond, Washington from 6th to 10th grade, where I was an active member of the Sammmamish Rowing Association. Total, I’ve lived in 15 homes and 6 dormitories in 8 states and 2 countries. I had an adventuresome childhood!
